Trial Group:Precise measurement of intake and output (providing 24-hour intake and output record forms, tables of water content in common foods and fruits, scales for body weight and food, pens, etc.
inviting patients and their families to participate in measurement and recording

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The diagnosis conforms to the criteria for heart failure established by the Chinese Medical Association. 2.Age >= 18 years old; 3.The doctor's order was to record the 24-hour intake and output. 4.Voluntary participation in this study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with a history of mental illness or cognitive impairment. 2.Those with severe organ failure in the palliative treatment stage.
