Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 59 years, inclusive, regardless of gender. 2. Body Mass Index (BMI) >= 30 kg/m², or BMI >= 27 kg/m² with at least one weight-related comorbidity, such as hyperglycemia, hypertension, dyslipidemia, obstructive sleep apnea, or cardiovascular disease. 3. A change in body weight of less than 5% in the 90 days prior to screening through diet and exercise management alone. 4. Not currently participating in, and has not participated in, any other clinical research study within the 3 months preceding enrollment in this study. 5. Voluntarily agrees to participate and provides written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who do not meet the clinical indications for GLP-1 receptor agonist (GLP-1 RA) therapy. 2. Diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. 3. Currently undergoing other weight-altering interventions or using medications known to affect body weight. 4. Currently using or having used (within 6 months prior to the study) estrogen therapy (female participants only), anabolic steroid therapy, or oral/parenteral corticosteroid medications. 5. Currently pregnant or lactating (female participants only). 6. Significant gastrointestinal disorders, including: a) Severe diarrhea (>=3 watery stools per day for >=3 consecutive days) within the past 3 months. b) Severe constipation (<=2 bowel movements per week accompanied by difficulty) within the past 3 months. c) Active peptic ulcer disease, etc. d) History of bariatric/metabolic surgery or gastrointestinal surgery (excluding appendectomy or hernia repair) within the past year. e) Any other condition affecting food digestion or absorption. 7. Secondary obesity due to: a) Endocrine disorders (e.g., Cushing's syndrome, hypothyroidism, hypogonadism). b) Medication use (e.g., glucocorticoids, certain antipsychotic drugs). 8. Severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases (e.g., heart failure, myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, acute myocarditis, severe arrhythmia, or having received interventional therapies) or Stage 3 hypertension. 9. Severe thyroid disorders (hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism) or pituitary diseases. 10. Individuals with active cancer or a history of radiotherapy/chemotherapy within the past 5 years. 11. Individuals with implanted cardiac pacemakers or other internal medical devices. 12. Individuals with any psychiatric disorders, epilepsy, currently on anti-epileptic therapy, or using antidepressant medications. 13. Individuals who plan to be away from Shanghai for more than 2 months during the observation period, or are otherwise unable to comply with the dietary follow-up requirements.
