Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically diagnosed as breast cancer, and underwent modified radical mastectomy or breast-conserving surgery combined with axillary lymph node dissection; 2. Met the high-risk criteria for lymphedema (such as the number of axillary lymph nodes dissected >= 10, receiving axillary area radiotherapy after surgery, body mass index >= 28 kg/m^2, age >= 60 years, mild swelling of the affected limb after surgery but not reaching the diagnostic criteria for lymphedema, etc.); 3. Postoperative time >= 1 month (to ensure that the patient has completed the acute postoperative rehabilitation and entered the long-term prevention stage); 4. Clear consciousness, able to communicate normally and cooperate to complete the questionnaire survey; 5. Voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has been diagnosed with post-operative lymphedema of breast cancer (in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of the International Lymphatic Society); 2. There are severe functional impairments of important organs such as the heart, liver, and kidneys, or other malignant tumors.
