Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with oral lichen planus based on medical history, clinical manifestations and pathological examination; 2.Aged 18-70 years old; 3.Given informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.With obvious other oral mucosal diseases or moderate to severe periodontitis; 2.Received local and systemic OLP treatment within the past 3 months; 3.Used antibiotics or glucocorticoid drugs within the past 3 months; 4.With salivary gland disorders; 5.With severe systemic acute infectious diseases; suffering from uncontrolled systemic diseases (coagulation disorders, autoimmune diseases, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, mental disorders, etc.); having malignant tumors in other parts; 6.Women who are breastfeeding or pregnant
