Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Premature infants: those with gestational age < 37 weeks and birth weight < 2500g; They were transferred to NICU within 24 hours after birth. 2. Parents of premature infants: primiparas and parents aged =18 years old; Parents have basic communication skills; 3. Informed consent was obtained to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Premature infants: those with severe congenital malformations and genetic diseases; Patients who were transferred during the study, had medical disputes, or asked to withdraw during the study. 2.Parents of preterm infants: patients with mental illness or family history of mental illness; Combined with abnormal mental activity.
