Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 75 years old. 2.Diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma (RCC) complicated with inferior vena cava (IVC) tumor thrombus confirmed by abdominal enhanced computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). 3.Scheduled to undergo radical nephrectomy combined with inferior vena cava tumor thrombectomy at our center. 4.Preoperative renal computed tomography angiography (CTA) images with satisfactory quality, suitable for three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction. 5.Imaging evaluation reveals that the inferior vena cava (IVC) is not completely occluded, with identifiable blood flow signals.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of contralateral nephrectomy or functionally solitary kidney. 2.Preoperative receipt of anti-tumor therapies, including chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy. 3.Complicated with other acute diseases or malignant tumors that require priority management. 4.Presence of severe heart failure (New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional class ?-?), severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, or liver failure, with an anticipated inability to tolerate surgery or anesthesia. 5.Known allergy to contrast media for enhanced computed tomography (CT), precluding the performance of renal computed tomography angiography (CTA). 6.Pregnant or lactating women. 7.Any other conditions judged by the investigators to potentially interfere with the implementation of the study or interpretation of study data.
