18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-75 with a pathological diagnosis of oral leukoplakia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with a history of hepatitis B, tuberculosis, HIV and syphilis positive; 2. Patients with a limited life expectancy of less than one year; 3. Severe heart failure (NYHA grade =3); 4. Liver and kidney dysfunction (ALT or AST>20ULN, ALP>20ULN, BIL>10ULN) (eGFR<15ml/min/1.73m^2); 5. Patients with acute cerebral infarction within 3 months; 6. Patients with respiratory failure or severe lung diseases.
