Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Normal group: Collect normal tendon tissue from patients who need amputation due to trauma (including Achilles tendon, anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments, and hand tendon tissue, etc.); Disease group: Collect tendon tissue from patients diagnosed with tendinopathy who require surgical treatment (including Achilles tendon, anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments, and supraspinatus tendon, etc.). 2. Age range 18-65 years, both male and female.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women and children; 2.Merge severely infected individuals, affecting the quality of tendon tissue; 3.Long term use of steroid drugs; 4.Patients with combined rheumatic and immune diseases;
