Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 or over; 2. Clinically diagnosed with patellofemoral pain, duration of symptoms >= 3 months, VAS score >= 3; 3. No history of knee surgery or serious injury; able to perform the experimental movements independently; 4. No other serious cardiovascular, neurological or musculoskeletal conditions; 5. Voluntary participation and signing of the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Structural injuries to the knee ligaments, menisci and other structures; 2. Has a serious medical or mental health condition; 3. Have recently undergone other rehabilitation treatment or are currently participating in a similar study; 4. The presence of other medical conditions or functional impairments that affect the performance of the test; 5. Lack of commitment, unable to stick to the training regime.
