Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age = 18 years old; 2.First-time elective cardiac surgery (including coronary artery bypass grafting, heart valve surgery, or combined procedures); 3.Surgery performed under cardiopulmonary bypass.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Interventional procedures or cardiac transplantation. 2. Preoperatively known severe coagulation disorders (e.g., hemophilia), active bleeding, or recent (< 1 month) use of anticoagulant drugs (except for perioperative antiplatelet agents permitted in the study). 3. Severe missing clinical data, making evaluation of primary outcomes impossible.
