Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 18 - 75 years old, gender not restricted; 2. Undergone spinal surgery (such as lumbar fusion surgery, discectomy, etc., for minimally invasive treatment), within 3 - 7 days after the surgery, with stable condition, able to get out of bed for activities or sit up; 3. Clear consciousness, possessing basic communication skills and the ability to operate intelligent devices (or with the assistance of family members); 4. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form; 5. Able to cooperate in completing rehabilitation training and follow-up assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe postoperative complications (such as infection, loosening of internal fixation, aggravation of nerve damage); 2. Complicated with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, etc., which make it impossible to tolerate training; 3. Cognitive impairment, mental illness or communication disorder; 4. Previous history of spinal surgery
