Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 45 - 65 years old; 2. ASA classification: I - III; 3. BMI: 18.5 - 27.9 kg/m^2; 4. Planned for unilateral thoracoscopic lobectomy; 5. Able to cooperate with follow-up and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Infection at the puncture site; 2. Allergy to local anesthetic; 3. Recent use of opioid drugs; 4. Severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases (such as NYHA classification = III or LVEF 2 times upper limit, eGFR 7.5%); 8. Abnormal coagulation function (INR > 1.5 or PLT < 80×10^9/L).
