Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients planning to undergo gynecological daytime laparoscopic surgery; 2.ASA Classification I-II; 3.Apfel score>2 points; 4.Age>18 years old; 5.The subjects have a clear understanding and voluntarily participate in this study, can sign an informed consent form, and voluntarily follow the research process.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Obesity (BMI > 30 kg/m^2); 2. Abnormal coagulation function (INR > 1.5 or platelet count < 80 × 10^9/L); 3. Patients who have experienced nausea, vomiting, or dry vomiting within 24 hours prior to surgery; 4. Patients with past or current epilepsy or vestibular dysfunction, or those undergoing chemotherapy; 5. Abnormal anatomical structure of neck and shoulder, infection or mass at the puncture site in patients; 6. Allergic individuals to local anesthetics; 7. Language communication barrier, unable to cooperate in completing the assessment; 8. Patients receiving antiemetic medication treatment;
