Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children with BO: 1. Diagnosed as having obliterative bronchiolitis based on the symptoms and signs of the children and confirmed by high-resolution CT, which meets the diagnostic criteria for BO; 2. Age 10 to 18 years old; 3. The children and their parents understand the research content of this protocol and agree to participate in this study. Caregivers 1. The children under their care have been diagnosed with BO; 2. The children under their care do not have other obstructive pulmonary diseases such as foreign body inhalation, bronchial dysplasia, or other underlying diseases, and have no contraindications for exercise, such as unstable fractures or pulmonary embolism; 3. The caregivers of the BO children are family members of the BO children; 4. Have normal abilities in listening, speaking, reading, writing and understanding; 5. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children with bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BO) 1. Complicated with other respiratory pathogens infection, childhood asthma, various congenital bronchopulmonary dysplasia, airway softening and other diseases; 2. Complicated with wheezing, shortness of breath, breathing difficulties caused by congenital heart disease and other conditions; 3. Children with cognitive, speech, emotional and other disorders who cannot cooperate with this study. Caregivers Inability to express themselves clearly or communication disorders.
