Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who received anesthesia and postoperative analgesia treatment between 2014 and 2023 have complete records of anesthesia and analgesia information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing any type of nerve block that may not meet their anesthesia or analgesic needs, such as neurosurgery, otorhinolaryngology, maxillofacial surgery, ophthalmic surgery; 2. Considering that our unit's spinal surgery requires high sterile conditions, patients who undergo spinal surgery such as lumbar spine, cervical spine, and sacrococcygeal region are excluded; 3. Considering the high degree of trauma and stress in cardiac surgery, patients who undergo cardiac surgery are excluded; 4. Patients undergoing pediatric or cesarean section surgery; 5. Patients who receive labour analgesia; 6. Patients who receive epidural anesthesia as an intraoperative anesthesia or postoperative analgesia method; 7. Most outdoor anesthesia does not involve postoperative analgesia. Patients undergoing outdoor surgery and anesthesia, including but not limited to: painless abortion, gastroscopy, bronchoscopy, etc.
