Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The subjects of the investigation were the children with cochlear implant (CI) who had undergone auditory and speech training at the rehabilitation center one month after the surgery, as well as their caregivers. 1. Age ranging from 3 to 18 years old 2. Before the surgery, both ears or one ear was diagnosed with severe or profound sensorineural deafness 3. All electrodes were implanted during the CI surgery, the device was activated one month after the surgery, responded to sound sources, adjusted the device on time, and received regular rehabilitation training at the rehabilitation institution 4. No serious complications or other diseases affecting intellectual development after the surgery 5. The children or their parents/guardians gave informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Middle ear or inner ear malformations 2. Hearing nerve diseases 3. Damage to the implanted device due to various reasons after the surgery 4. Missing assessment results
