Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. age 19–85 years; 2. symptomatic palpitations correlated with frequent APC on 24-hour Holter monitoring (burden >10%); 3. failure or intolerance to at least one Class I or III antiarrhythmic agent; 4. APC origin confirmed by electrophysiological mapping to be non-pulmonary vein/non-superior vena cava and treated with catheter ablation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. persistent or permanent atrial fibrillation; 2. other arrhythmias requiring concomitant ablation (e.g., typical atrial flutter, AVNRT) or chaotic atrial tachycardia; 3. left atrial diameter >55 mm or left ventricular ejection fraction <50%; 4. intracardiac thrombus, active infection, uncorrected severe electrolyte disturbances, pregnancy or lactation; 5. inability to perform catheter manipulation due to vascular anomalies or inferior vena cava filter; 6. prior cardiac surgery or atrial interventional procedure (except simple atrial septal defect closure).
