Control group:continuous infusion of remimazolam at a rate of 6 mg kg-1 h-1
Experimental group:a bolus dose of 0.25 mg kg-1 remimazolam administered over 1 minute.

18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA classification I-II; 2.age 18-65 years; 3.BMI 18.5-27.9 kg/m².
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled severe hypertension; acute upper respiratory tract infection; 2. Patients with schizophrenia or severe depression; 3. Alcohol abuse or a history of chronic use of sedative-analgesic medications; 4. Patients with hypersensitivity to any component of the study drug; 5. Mallampati airway classification Grade IV; 6. Patients for whom the investigator determines that conscious intubation is required; 7. Lactating women; 8. Surgery duration exceeding 1 hour; 9. Incomplete data collection; 10. Any other circumstances deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the investigator.
