Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Biopsy and pathological diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma confirmed. 2. First-time diagnosed patients who have not received any prior treatment. 3. Pre-treatment assessments including nasopharyngeal and cervical MRI, chest CT, abdominal CT or MRI or ultrasound, and PET-CT whole-body bone scan. 4. Patients receiving immunotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma with complete follow-up data. 5. Patients with well-preserved, clearly visible tissue wax blocks. 6. Patients willing to sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of other tumors or autoimmune diseases. 2. Incomplete clinical data or lack of follow-up. 3. Incomplete imaging data or poor image quality that prevents assessment of the lesion. 4. Tissue wax blocks that do not meet sectioning standards.
