18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Received standard initial treatment (total or near-total thyroidectomy + RAI therapy + TSH suppression therapy); 2. Postoperative pathology confirmed differentiated thyroid carcinoma (DTC); 3. Complete treatment and follow-up data are available to assess treatment response; (1) Complete initial treatment (surgery, radioactive iodine therapy) and pathological data (e.g., tumor size, lymph node metastasis) are available for ATA risk assessment. (2) Complete follow-up data (including imaging studies such as ultrasound/iodine scans, Tg/TgAb levels) are available to assess treatment response.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Non-DTC types, including anaplastic thyroid carcinoma and medullary thyroid carcinoma; 2.Thyroid Lobectomy; 3.History of other malignant tumors; 4.Non-standard initial treatment or significantly incomplete follow-up data;
