Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >18 years old, male or female; 2. Previous history of myocardial infarction confirmed by coronary angiography and blood myocardial infarction; 3. the history of myocardial infarction >3 months without acute myocardial infarction in the past 3 months; 4. Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) <=50%, New York Heart Association (NYHA) class < 4; 1.Age, gender and other general clinical information were not significantly different from those of patients with heart failure.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital heart disease, acute myocardial infarction, valvular heart disease, constrictive pericarditis; 2. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, thyroid disease; 3. Uncontrolled hypertension and malignant arrhythmia; 4. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, immune system, mental disorders, tumor and other serious diseases can not tolerate recipients; 5. Pregnancy/lactation.
