Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age = 18 years; 2.Undergoing Endoscopic Papillectomy (EP) treatment for duodenal papilla tumors; 3.Complete blood count (CBC) performed within 24 hours prior to surgery, including platelet count, neutrophil count, and lymphocyte count; 4.Availability of complete perioperative clinical data, including laboratory tests and complication records within 72 hours post-surgery; 5.Complete electronic medical records available for statistical analysis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of hematologic disorders (e.g., leukemia); 2.Presence of autoimmune diseases; 3.Presence of acute or chronic infectious diseases; 4.Long-term use of immunosuppressive agents or corticosteroids; 5.Presence of severe organ dysfunction during the perioperative period; 6.Missing critical clinical data or incomplete follow-up information.
