Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients have complete clinical data and imaging data. 2. No gender restriction; age > 18 years. 3. Confirmed diagnosis of ZAN (herpes zoster-associated neuralgia). 4. Received a single session of st-SCS treatment. 5. Preoperative Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) score >= 4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intellectual disability or inability to cooperate with follow-up assessments. 2. Neuropathic pain caused by other diseases that overlaps or is consistent with the distribution of ZAN. 3. Patients who develop serious complications during treatment. 4. Presence of contraindications to spinal cord stimulation (SCS), such as systemic infection, coagulation dysfunction, etc.
