Healthcare Provider Support Intervention Group:Multidisciplinary urinary incontinence team assessment
responsible nurse health education (explaining principles and precautions the day before surgery, distributing materials)
responsible nurse evaluation and guidance with demonstration prior to discharge
telephone/WeChat follow-up every two weeks after discharge for assessment and guidance
promotion of pelvic floor muscle training knowledge
Family and External Support Intervention Group:Multidisciplinary urinary incontinence team assessment
responsible nurse health education (the day before surgery)
invitation to join patient peer WeChat group at discharge with family assistance guidance and daily check-in instructions
daily online WeChat group chain double-check-in, sharing of guidance, and selection of 'Recovery Star'
Patient Motivation Intervention Group:Multidisciplinary urinary incontinence team assessment
distribution of exercise diary and guidance on completion at discharge
weekly telephone/WeChat follow-up after discharge (reviewing photo of diary entries, providing phone guidance for those who miss exercises)

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have undergone radical prostatectomy; 2. Patients with postoperative urinary incontinence; 3. The patient had no history of urinary incontinence before the operation. 4. The patient owns a smart phone or other mobile device and is proficient in using it. 5. The patient has no cognitive dysfunction; 6. The patient cooperated with the research and had certain reading and writing abilities.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has severe chronic diseases such as heart and lung diseases. 2. Patients whose tumors metastasized during the intervention period; 3. Patients after hip replacement surgery
