Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The serum PSA level was in the gray zone (4-10 ng/mL) 2. All patients were biopsied for the first time 3. All patients underwent systematic ultrasound guided puncture in our hospital and had complete pathological results 4. All patients underwent multi-parameter MRI and PSA related tests (tPSA, fPSA, fPSA/tPSA) at our hospital before the puncture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Had previously received prostate cancer-related treatment (e.g., surgery, radiotherapy or endocrine therapy) 2. Merge with other malignancies or severe systemic diseases 3. Clinical data is missing or the quality of imaging does not meet the PI-RADS assessment requirements
