Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. At least 2 episodes of rotational vertigo, accompanied by fluctuating hearing loss, and gadolinium-enhanced inner ear imaging showing endolymphatic hydrops; 2. Age between 18 and 65 years (excluding natural age-related decline in vestibular function); 3. Disease duration of >= 6 months (ensuring that endolymphatic hydrops is in a stable state and avoiding interference from acute-stage edema on the quantitative results); 4. Voluntary signing of informed consent form and able to cooperate with MRI and vestibular function testing.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combine other vestibular disorders (such as vestibular neuritis, benign paroxysmal positional vertigo BPPV, acoustic neuroma); 2. Combine severe inner ear malformations (such as large vestibular aqueduct syndrome); 3. Have received tympanic injection therapy or diuretic treatment within the past 3 months; 4. Have contraindications for MRI examination; 5. Have severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes (HbAlc > 8%) or autoimmune diseases.
