Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women and their spouses who have prenatal diagnosis of congenital heart disease in the fetus; 2. Pregnant women aged 20 years or older and their spouses aged 22 years or older; 3. Voluntarily participating in this study and signing the informed consent form; 4. Able to communicate in Mandarin.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women whose fetuses have died in the womb and their spouses. 2. Individuals with mental disorders who are unable to communicate.
