60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 years or older. 2. Diagnosed with lumbar spinal stenosis and treated with lateral lumbar interbody fusion (LLIF), with or without posterior decompression. 3. Underwent surgery on one or multiple segments between L2/3 and L4/5 without major intraoperative complications (e.g., endplate injury, vertebral fracture). 4. Had complete clinical data and a postoperative follow-up of at least one year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous lumbar spine surgery, trauma, tumor, or infection. 2. Presence of degenerative scoliosis or other significant spinal deformity. 3. Incomplete clinical data.
