Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years old, gender and ethnicity not restricted; 2. Patients who plan to undergo elective surgery under total intravenous general anesthesia; 3. ASA I-III grade; 4. Expected operation duration >= 1.5 hours (including our hospital's advantageous specialties such as trauma orthopedics, gastrointestinal surgery, hepatobiliary surgery, urology, and some high-risk groups); 5. Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to participate in follow-up communication due to visual, auditory, language, or other impairments; 2. Intracranial tumor surgery or traumatic brain injury surgery; 3. Severe hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh class C); 4. Renal failure requiring renal replacement therapy; 5. Preoperative coma, sedation, psychiatric disorders, or dementia rendering communication impossible; 6. Participation in another drug trial within the past three months; 7. Patients who refuse to participate; 8. Other conditions deemed unsuitable for participation by the investigator (reasons must be documented);
