Multiple myeloma and indolent lymphoma

Interventions

Gold Standard:Histopathology is the gold standard for disease diagnosis, while other conventional imaging modalities serve as reference standards for diagnosis and staging.
Index test:Number of lesions detected by 68Ga-Pentixafor PET/CT
lesion SUVmax, and derived parameters.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years, regardless of gender. 2. Patients with multiple myeloma or indolent lymphoma confirmed by histology or cytology. 3. Patients voluntarily agree to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form. 4. Ability to cooperate in completing 68Ga-Pentixafor PET/CT imaging and related follow-up procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children, pregnant or lactating women. 2. Severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal dysfunction incompatible with PET/CT imaging. 3. Psychologically unstable conditions leading to inability to comply with the study procedures.
