Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for heart failure as mentioned above; 2. Age range: 18 - 90 years old; gender not restricted; 3. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Any patients with advanced diseases whose expected lifespan is less than 6 months; 3. Those who are expected to be unable to complete the follow-up.
