Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with dengue fever in accordance with the diagnostic criteria guidelines of the "Dengue Fever Diagnosis and Treatment Plan (2024 Edition)". 2. Age over 18 years old. 3. Gender not limited. 4. Visited Sun Yat-sen University Fifth Affiliated Hospital from 2023 to 2026. 5. Complete clinical data, including detailed medical history, physical examination and laboratory test results; complete blood sample collection records during hospitalization.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Comorbid with other acute infectious diseases; comorbid with severe chronic diseases such as malignant tumors, end-stage renal disease, decompens cirrhosis, etc. 2.History of autoimmune disease, recent use of immunosuppressants or glucocorticoids; 3.Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 4.Clinical data is incomplete or follow-up data is missing.
