Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed as non-small cell lung cancer through histopathological or cytopathological examination; 2.At the initial diagnosis, PET-CT or other screenings (such as enhanced cranial magnetic resonance, whole-body bone scan, enhanced chest CT, abdominal enhanced CT or ultrasound, and neck lymph node ultrasound) were conducted to determine the clinical stage as stage IV. 3.After being diagnosed, they received a relatively complete first-line treatment (such as 4-6 cycles of chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy); 4.Having complete clinical data;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Women of childbearing age who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have plans for conception or breastfeeding during the study period, and who have not taken effective contraceptive measures; 2.Patients who have not received the full course of first-line treatment; 3.Clinical data is lacking.
