Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children diagnosed with mycoplasma pneumonia according to the "Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Children (2025 Edition)" and the "Expert Clarification on Diagnosis and Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Children"; 2. Age >= 8 years old; 3. Duration of illness <= 5 days
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Antibiotics such as tetracyclines and quinolones have been administered outside the hospital for treatment; 2.Those who did not respond after 72 hours of treatment with azithromycin should be given further treatment; 3.Those who are allergic to the drugs used in this study; 4.Those with combined immunodeficiency diseases or other underlying diseases such as lung, liver, kidney or heart disorders; 5.Those who have combined infections; 6.Clinical phenotype: critical; 7.Those with poor compliance or the patients and their guardians do not agree to participate in this stud;
