Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients preparing for laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer; 2. The patient or his/her family member signs the informed consent form for this trial; 3. Age >= 65 years old; 4. ASA <= grade III; 5. BMI 18 - 30 kg/m^2; 6. The estimated operation time exceeds 2 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects without civil capacity; 2.Preoperative SpO2 < 92% when breathing air; 3.Severe respiratory system diseases (including severe COPD, pulmonary fibrosis, pulmonary bullae, etc.), cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (including severe coronary heart disease, heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, aneurysm, etc.), liver and kidney function impairment; 4.Thoracic and spinal deformities, presence of cardiac implants; 5.Participation in other clinical studies within the last 3 months
