Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Trained nurses: (1) Newly hired and recently graduated nurses from two classes; (2) Need to participate in the standardized training for new nurses organized by the hospital nursing department; (3) Having passed the professional qualification examination, all participants voluntarily participate in this study. 2. Training supervisor: (1) Recommended by the department and recognized by the nursing department, with rich work experience, strong sense of responsibility, and solid theoretical skills foundation; (2) A nursing backbone training supervisor with a bachelor's degree or above and a professional title of supervisor nurse or above.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Trained nurses: (1) Resignation within 2 years and sick leave exceeding 1 month; (2) Nurses who have not completed standardized training due to other reasons; (3) Due to various reasons, the information is incomplete and the results cannot be determined. 2. Training supervisor: (1) Resignation within 2 years and sick leave exceeding 1 month; (2) Due to other reasons, the training of standardized nurses during the training period was not completed; (3) Due to various reasons, the information is incomplete and the results cannot be determined.
