Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age>=60; 2.Have been residing in the nursing institution for at least 1 week; 3.Without communication barriers; 4.Voluntarily participate in this study and have undergone social isolation risk assessment;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Currently with social isolation; 2.With cognitive impairment (SPMSQ>= 3); 3.With visual or hearing disorders; 4.With severe mental or physical disorders; 5.Participating in other interventional research projects at the same time;
