Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old 2. Pathologically diagnosed with primary ovarian cancer (FIGO III-IV stage) 3. Received tumor cell depletion surgery (PDS or NACT-IDS) between January 2020 and June 2025 4. Serum albumin test completed within 1 week before surgery and within 72 hours after surgery 5. Complete clinical data
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction (Child-Pugh C grade or eGFR < 30 ml/min/1.73m^2) 2. Comorbid with other active malignant tumors 3. Received total parenteral nutrition within 1 month prior to the surgery 4. Emergency surgery or palliative surgery patients 5. Pregnant or lactating women
