65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age ranging from 65 to 80 years old; 2. ASA classification level II-III; 3. Patients scheduled for general anesthesia, with the operation duration ranging from 1 hour to 6 hours; 4. Preoperative MMSE score is normal (illiterate>= 17 points, primary school education >=20 points, junior high school or above >= 24 points).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients allergic to anesthetic drugs; 2. Those who have taken any sleep medication within 4 weeks prior to enrollment; 3. Patients with neurological disorders (such as stroke, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis); 4. Patients with mental disorders (bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) score > 20 or Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) score > 45); 5. Patients with sleep apnea syndrome or restless legs syndrome; 6. Pregnant patients; 7. Patients who refuse to participate in this experiment; 8. Patients with severe cognitive dysfunction, hearing or visual impairments; 9. Patients who are currently involved in other drug research.
