Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for placenta accreta; 2. Maternal age >= 18 years; 3. Gestational age >= 24 weeks; 4. Singleton pregnancy, natural conception, no obvious uterine contractions during prenatal period, and the pregnancy outcome was always cesarean section; 5. The pregnant woman has no history of drug abuse, smoking or drinking; 6. All patients with placenta accreta are cases of complete placenta previa; 7. Each patient was informed of the function of the placenta and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of primary chronic internal medicine diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, systemic lupus erythematosus; 2. History of acute or chronic infectious diseases and pregnancy complications such as fetal chromosomal abnormalities or developmental deformities. 3. Exclude pregnancy complications such as premature rupture of membranes, excessive or insufficient amniotic fluid, or placental abruption; 4. Individuals conceived through assisted reproductive technology; 5. Twins and multiple fetuses; 6. Gestational age < 18 years old; 7. Fetal age < 24 weeks.
