Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 20–75 years, female, with pathologically confirmed advanced breast cancer (TNM stage III/IV). 2.Meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for depression (PHQ-9 = 10), and have not used antidepressants for = 4 weeks. 3.Estimated survival > 6 months, ECOG score = 2. 4.Without central nervous system metastasis. 5.Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.A history of non-depressive psychiatric disorders (such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder) and severe suicidal tendency. 2.Abnormal liver and kidney function (ALT/AST > 3× ULN, Cr > 1.5× ULN). 3.Patients treated with tamoxifen (avoid interaction with SSRIs). 4.Allergy or contraindication to SSRI medications;
