Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Selected by the hospital, qualified supervisors of residential training bases with strong professional capabilities. 2.Age = 28 years old and = 60 years old. 3.Working experience = 5 years, bachelor degree or above, intermediate professional title or above. 4.Having clinical teaching qualifications. 5. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Due to incomplete data, it is impossible to conduct statistical analysis.
