Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Age: Female: 10 years old <= age <= 14 years old; Male: 11 years old <= age <= 15 years old; 2 Early permanent teeth, anterior anticuspension; 3 Imaging criteria: -4° < ANB <= -1°, Wits < -2mm, Pog-Np < 2mm, CVS staging III-V (cervical spine maturity assessment); 4 Not having received orthodontic treatment; 5 Informed consent signed by the patient and his/her guardian.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 hereditary syndromes: chondrodysplasia, Downs syndrome, cranio-clavicular dysplasia syndrome, etc. 2 congenital diseases affecting the development of the face: cleft lip and palate, congenital syphilis, megalocephaly, etc. 3 congenital absence of teeth (the number of missing teeth is greater than or equal to 3); 4 ambulatory obstruction of the maxillary anterior teeth (the number of ambulatory obstruction of teeth is greater than or equal to 2); 5 history of jaw and facial trauma; 6 history of severe infections in the jaw and face; 7 hormonal imbalances or disorders, such as giants due to pituitary adenoma, etc. 8 rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, osteoporosis and other systemic diseases; 8 rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, etc. History of serious infections in the maxillofacial region; 7 Hormonal imbalances or disorders, such as giants due to pituitary adenomas, etc. 8 Rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes mellitus, osteoporosis and other systemic diseases; 9 Hepatitis B, HIV and syphilis and other infectious diseases; 10 Those who are unable to cooperate with the completion of the treatment and follow-up visits.
