60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Ages 60–80; 2.Residing in the community of Xuzhou City; 3.With stable vital signs and in a stable or recovery phase of illness; 4.Conscious, with good comprehension and communication abilities; 5.Informed consent obtained and willing to participate in the study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with malignant tumors and a projected survival of 6 months or less; multi-organ failure; malignant organic lesions; cardiac syncope; advanced Parkinson’s syndrome or Parkinson’s syndrome complicated by other serious illnesses; 2.Individuals with significant cognitive impairment, mental confusion, or abnormal thinking, or those with a history of mental illness; 3.Having severe visual or hearing impairment, or physical disabilities that prevent completion of the assessment; 4.Currently participating in other interventional studies;
