Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old; 2.Hospitalized patients admitted within 24 hours after traumatic brain injury (TBI); 3.Signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous history of sellar lesions; 2.Use of glucocorticoids, thyroxine, growth hormone, sex hormones, dopamine receptor agonists, immunosuppressants, etc., within the past 3 months; 3.Diagnosed liver cirrhosis with hepatic insufficiency prior to TBI; 4.Survival time less than 3 days after TBI; 5.Pregnant or lactating women.
