Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients =65 years of age, intending to undergo painless gastroscopy, 2.ASA grade I–II, 3.Able to cooperate with relevant assessments and sign the informed consent form, 4.Have no contraindications to the use of sedative drugs or opioids.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with hypersensitivity to propofol, phosphopropofol disodium, or alfentanil, as well as those with severe cardiopulmonary disease (eg, severe arrhythmia, heart failure, or severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), severe hemodynamic instability, previous cerebrovascular accident, or severe neurological disorder resulting in impaired consciousness. 2.Active upper gastrointestinal bleeding, acute gastrointestinal perforation or obstruction, and severe sedation-related complications on previous gastroscopy, or with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency affecting drug metabolism should also be excluded.
