Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. Patients who have undergone radical prostatectomy; 3. With normal communication ability and cognitive function; 4. Capable of using smart phones or other communication tools for intervention activities; 5. Not participating in other psychological or social intervention studies.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive or mental disorders; 2. Severe complications or hemodynamic instability after surgery; 3. Severe limitations in movement or activities, such as paralysis or bone and joint diseases; 4. Previously received psychological intervention; 5. Experienced a serious traumatic event within one month.
