Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: 1. Aged 50-80 years old; 2. Diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis based on imaging examinations, classified as grade I-III (according to the Kellgren-Lawrence criteria), with typical manifestations such as joint space narrowing and osteophyte formation; 3. Experienced recurrent knee pain within the past month, with pain triggered during daily activities such as climbing stairs or squatting; 4. Pain has persisted for more than 3 months; 5. Clear consciousness, without severe cognitive or psychiatric disorders, capable of understanding the study content and providing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1. Presence of severe systemic diseases, such as severe cardiac, hepatic, pulmonary, or renal insufficiency, or hematological disorders. 2. Severe arrhythmia, uncontrolled grade 3 hypertension, or poorly managed diabetes. 3. Acute or unhealed fractures; presence of obvious ulcers or wounds at the test or training sites. 4. Abnormal lower limb muscle tone or other neurological conditions leading to motor dysfunction. 5. Impaired consciousness, psychiatric disorders, or comprehension or communication barriers preventing compliance with the study procedures. 6. Poor compliance, judged by the researcher as unlikely to complete the long-term intervention and follow-up. 7. Any other conditions deemed by the researcher as unsuitable for participation in this exercise intervention study.
