Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Stroke diagnosis consistent with the diagnostic and treatment guidelines for intracerebral hemorrhage or acute ischemic stroke in China established by the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, and confirmed by imaging examinations such as cranial CT or cranial MRI; 2. First-time, unilateral onset, with disease duration ranging from 2 weeks to 3 months; 3. Age between 30 and 85 years; 4. Presence of severe unilateral upper limb motor dysfunction, Brunnstrom stage < 3, and Fugl-Meyer Upper Extremity Motor Function Score < 22/66; 5. Written informed consent provided by the participant or their legal representative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of epileptic seizures; 2. Severe systemic injury or accompanied by other serious illnesses; 3. Severe aphasia or cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate and complete the study; 4. Presence of any contraindications for transcranial magnetic stimulation (such as intracranial metal implants or cardiac pacemakers); 5. Pregnant women.
