65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=65 years and <90 years, any gender; 2. Scheduled to undergo non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia, ASA class I–III; 3. Willing to participate and signed the informed consent form, complete clinical data, and able to complete follow-up visits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to participate in this study; 2. Dementia; inability to communicate before surgery due to coma, visual or auditory impairment, or speech disorders; 3. Pre-existing schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, or myasthenia gravis before surgery; 4. Severe dysfunction of the heart, brain, kidney, or liver, or cranial injuries; patients undergoing emergency surgery or intracranial surgery.
